My practice is specific for Athletes, Performers, Artists, and Women navigating life transitions.

As your coach and creative catalyst, I guide you in designing a road map for navigating tough experiences and unsustainable habits that may have drained or overwhelmed you.

We will explore your strengths and vulnerabilities to enhance your innate ability to bring nourishment to your journey, your craft, your community, and the world.

Each session combines 2-3 elements:

-creative goal setting and assessment

-idea attunement 

- breathwork

-astrology/birth chart

- safe & sacred space to express yourself

-low impact somatic exercises 

- intuitive guidance

- journal prompts

*All Packages include a discovery & follow-up call.

With these sessions, I provide space for you to express anything that may be on your heart (or mind).

You'll be met with authenticity, discernment, compassion, and lovingkindness, to divinely guide you as you navigate life's transitions & challenges.

30-90 minute sessions via video or phone

Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current relationship with wellness, goal setting, and self concept. We will set goals and participate in embodied practices. Each learning journey is co-created by both the coach and the participant. I am here to empower you to activate your highest calling in your personal well-being.


INNOVATIVE

My tailored coaching approach will shift your approach to living life well and fully. You will be introduced to or explore further the use of innovative, research-based practices to increase your sense of well-being and self concept in order to enjoy the fullness of what your life has to offer.

EMBODIED

Each session will include practices and strategies to cultivate a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit. Some modalities that I use in my coaching sessions include: breath-work, sound healing, meditation, reiki, socratic questioning, restorative yoga, chakra balancing, automatic writing.

Coaching focuses on the span between where you are now and your ideal future, while therapy focuses on past to now.

Coaches are also generally more directive, while therapists are generally more explorative.



Coaching is:

  • Formulating a plan that will use your skills


  • Holding you accountable for progress


  • Providing structure, encouragement and support

  • Recover from past traumas


  • Explore why past relationships (professional or personal) have been destructive


  • Survive a loss 


  • Work through depression or anxiety that affect your ability to function at home or work

Please seek out professional counseling services for these needs. 

It may be useful to have a Life Coach and Professional Counselor at some points in your journey.

COUNSELING VS COACHING DISCLAIMER


 Life coaching is not a replacement for mental health services for any mental diagnosis or conditions. If you are in need of mental health supports and services or have untreated/unsupported professional mental health, do not use this service option. 

​

Coaching is a results and goal-oriented methodology.

Coaching assumes the client is functional and fully capable of success.

​

Psychotherapy (or counseling) is a healing profession trained and licensed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and/or work through trauma with their clients.

​

Coaching does not directly address trauma and is more focused on actions, external solutions, and learning new skills.

​

Coaching and therapy can complement each other very well. It could be said that coaching starts where therapy ends.


Life Coaching allows you to explore, learn, practice, apply new skills. In that progress building self esteem, self concept, and other aspects of sense of self. It allows you to spend a lot of focus on where you are currently and projecting to future accomplishments.


 We may spend a small amount of time looking at the past, but we will not work to heal, resolve, or treat past trauma or life upsets.

 If that is needed, then you may be more aligned for professional counseling /mental health services.
